The Capital, 15 On Orange Hotel

“Excellent stay”

Even though the weather was not that great, my stay was incredible. Spacious rooms, with well equipped bathroom. Beautiful mountain views and easy access to shops and restaurants.

Whenever I came to the Capital I always feels like at home and the warmness and friendliness of the staff it's amazing, keep up the good work that you guys are doing. “Excellent hotel ticks all the boxes”

Our room was perfect and had a beautiful view of Table Mountain and the adjacent range. The restaurant excelled in quality and service. This hotel even surpasses some name hotels in Australia.

“Too expensive to stay !!!”

Hi, I want to share my experience of 5 nights in this 4 star hotel due Cape Town 's Marathon, to help others customers. Hi, I want to share my experience of 5 nights in this 4 star hotel due Cape Town 's Marathon, to help others customers. I had the apartment n° 503, ( payed 6500 rand per night ), and I remained astonished to see that the two beds, istead of being queen - size, were two simple cots !!! Unbelievable !!! The same beds that you can have in a bed & breakfrast or in a hostel !!! Over, over priced for the quality of the apartment !!! Going on, in the bathroon, very nice, there is no fan to suks odors, which spread throughout the room !!! The best way to perfume the room !!! When I arrived at 13,48 and the room was ready, an unpolite girl at front office, didn't gave me the key to enter because it was before at 14,00 !!! Very, very stupid way of working. Instead to help the customers she made problems. Luckily the front office manager, Miss Leanne, very kind, helpful and nice lady, helped me in that trouble and resolved positively others situations. I ate in the restaurant and the food was always very good, the problem was the time to wait. After waiting 45 minutes for a plate of pasta, the first time, I became angry, and next times the wait was always reasonable. The expresso is undrinkable !!! Take the expresso from the machine in your room if you have one, otherwise, let it. The breakfast was good. The bacon must be cooked more, it must be thin and crispy, not like a slice of cooked ham ! Wake up !!! I hope that the property make improvements because the price paid for the apartment is excessive. Ivanromeo Zavatti.
