A beautifully styled hotel that still looks brand new. 5 star service, and everyone speaks perfect English. Fantastic location right on the beach, with shops, food and a market street very close. The entire hotel is sparkling clean. Very spacious comfortable room, with seperate living area. Lots of storage space. Beautiful fixtures and fittings and all amenities expected of a luxury hotel. Big leisure area with indoor pool (great that there are separate lanes for laps) and outdoor pool with a view of the beach. Spa, sauna and big modern gym. Stylish restaurants and bar. Buffet breakfast has good options both Western and local. I also enjoyed the club lounge for tea and biscuits during the day and light snacks and wine in the evening. What a view! It is an expensive hotel but worth it!

“Amazing”

My partner and I stayed recently in April. We arrived and I realised that I had left my jewellery in Seoul. My partner and I stayed recently in April. We arrived and I realised that I had left my jewellery in Seoul. Laney Choi (front desk) helped me , rung the hotel and organised for my jewellery to be transported down the country. It turned up that night. She was amazing and I can’t thank her enough for her efforts. I am truely grateful. As you can imagine I was a little stressed I had left such an item behind. We had a lovely stay!

“Love the place”

We were traveling as a family of four and stayed at kids’ level at 8th floor. The room was cozy and nice. The cleaning was proper. They had a snack and sparkling water refilled everyday. The hotel has a pool and sauna. The location is super, they have Starbucks at 4th level and supermarkets , cafes… lisää

We were traveling as a family of four and stayed at kids’ level at 8th floor. The room was cozy and nice. The cleaning was proper. They had a snack and sparkling water refilled everyday. The hotel has a pool and sauna. The location is super, they have Starbucks at 4th level and supermarkets , cafes close by. Also, the beach is just near. We enjoyed our stay, thanks for the hotel staff, we felt super comfortable during our stay❤️

“Hani Lee + The Entire Busan Experience”

Coming from a train ride from Seoul to Busan, the arrival experience to the hotel was noting but welcoming. Now that I have settled back home thought to do a good write up and compliments on my experience there. Coming from a train ride from Seoul to Busan, the arrival experience to the hotel was noting but welcoming. We were welcomed and well seated at the waiting area for check-in and to our surprise the staff was able to give us the room pretty immediately and we were grateful for it as we woke up early for the train from Seoul. While my husband was checking in, I decided to proceed to the concierge desk and Ms Hani Lee (Fortunately for me, maybe unfortunate for her haha) serviced me. I had a huge box of Olive Young (loose products out of package) that I would like to EMS back to Singapore. As the items was all in loose pieces, apparently to EMS things internationally there were so many administrative information to update (Quantity, type, weight, price etc…) Hani was nothing but patient and willing throughout the process – after about 1.5hr + into assisting me and calling the post office multiple times + bubble wrapping (another staff helped, I didn’t catch her name sorry!) + keying in all the details, Hani decided to proactively take matters into her own hands and personally walk over with my 6kg of Olive young products and take this burden off my chest while I continue with my holiday. The spirit and sense of duty Ms Hani Lee presented was nothing but exceptional and what the core of hospitality is all about. I personally had a decade of history working in the front line with the multiple luxury hotel chains and I always appreciate moments like these where genuine moments can never be replaced by any technology. Thank you so much Hani for being part of my ‘glass skin glow up journey!’ the parcel arrived in Singapore 2 days later. Well received by my mom. Upon check in was impressed by the room decoration / setup / view – we came from Seoul before arriving in Busan and this hotel definitely hit the sweet spot for us. Immediately felt very comfortable and luxurious. Appreciate the pool facilities and the luxurious showering bath area. The gym was very impressive and my husband had a few running sessions through our stay there. My husband & I have a habit to keep our room on DND mode as we don’t need housekeeping to work too hard on our room 😊 Housekeeping ajummas that caught us at the corridor when we are leaving our room was super passionate and was eager to attend to us and asked if we need our room cleaned, offered us fresh towels and water + clear our rubbish (too much olive young packaging) for us. Thank you. Another note, on 03 April, my husband and I got into an Uber Car accident while on the way to one of our first destination of the day. Airbag deployed / Ambulance / Hospitals etc and all the drama. My right side of the face was impacted, causing my right eye to loose vision and the right side of my face had a loss-of-sensation. It was a very depressing day as it was suppose to be my birthday trip (1st time in Korea) and had to experience the infamous Busan driving reputation. What my husband and I was so thankful for the entire Busan part of the trip was that we have such a comfortable hotel to rest in after the accident. We ordered in in-room dining and what really made my day was the very impressively delicious friend chicken (which was too big of a portion haha). I had a lot of fried chicken in my life and I must say the one I had in your in-room-dining was beyond one of the best. Even after taking a few hours of sleep and woke up to some left overs, it was still crispy (though cold) and marvellous. The Abalone porridge was also comforting after such a traumatic episode that we went through. Overall we love the room and the calmness of the view + the ideal location of the property. Thank you Grand Josun Busan for being the only thing worthy of our Busan trip.
