Hotel was clean. Due to maximum occupancy, we had to stay in two different rooms. A double room and the culture suite room. Both beds were queen size. The quilt was lovely. Hotel was clean. Due to maximum occupancy, we had to stay in two different rooms. A double room and the culture suite room. Both beds were queen size. The quilt was lovely. Not too hot, felt a little weighted. Gave us two different types of pillows, firm and soft. Had a delightful sleep on both nights. The suite had a LG styler. Was super to use (now i wanna buy one) Read a comment that the food was bad. On the contrary, food was good. Had the typical bread, cereal, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages(yum), juice, fruits and coffee machine. Salads was fresh. Some sort of mash everyday. Korean food was fabulous. Different menu every day. The kimchi did not taste packaged. Freshly made side dishes. Bulgogi too. The soup was yummy, not msg-y. They provided amenities like toothbrush and shaver which is lovely unlike some well-known hotel brand who are "trying to be green". Walking distance to the hot cafe area nearby and many places. Would definately like to stay here again.

Pros: - Conveniently located in a neighborhood filled with shops & restaurants, and there are great choices - Free parking. Pull into the underground garage, and leave the keys in the car. Pros: - Conveniently located in a neighborhood filled with shops & restaurants, and there are great choices - Free parking. Pull into the underground garage, and leave the keys in the car. The valet will park the car. - We had a family twin, which came with a king size bed for my husband & me and a large twin for our son. And the bed was extremely comfortable. Cons: - The staff barely speaks English. I recommend using Google translator to communicate. - The bathroom door is completely sheer, which gave us NO privacy. - Breakfast is 15,000 Won, and it's mostly Korean food. - There's absolutely no view from the rooms. Most of the rooms look out to the office building.

What a strange hotel. The room temperature is controlled by the front desk, which is more than inconvenient. The lights in the room are on a control panel that is very difficult to figure out and not near the bed. The front staff for an upscale hotel speaks little English. The casual bar was ou… lisää

The lights in the room are on a control panel that is very difficult to figure out and not near the bed. The front staff for an upscale hotel speaks little English. The casual bar was out of food at 8pm at night. No light above the mirror in bathroom to see to put makeup on. Towels are in shower area which is strange The room is spacious, beautiful and had a small lanai. Bathroom is very modern and great shower. The aesthetics are obvioulsy more important than convenience of the guest. For a better hotel, I would not recommend staying here.
