Had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton Josun, Seoul Myeongdong during my 3rd trip to Seoul. The location is absolutely perfect, right in front of the subway station and within walking distance to Myeongdong shopping area, making it very convenient to explore the city. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and very comfortable. Although the room size is quite compact, which is common in Seoul, everything was very well maintained and thoughtfully designed. The bed was comfortable, the shower pressure was excellent, and housekeeping kept the room spotless every day. What truly made the stay memorable was the hospitality from the staff. Everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful from check-in until check-out. Breakfast offered a good variety with quality food, and the hotel is also surrounded by convenience stores, cafés, restaurants, and easy airport transportation access. Highly recommended for both leisure and business travelers. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Seoul.

“Great location. Greater customer service, from start to finish”

The hotel is one major street away from Myeongdong district. It’s quieter and less frenzy. A lot of local restos surrounding the hotel. The hotel is one major street away from Myeongdong district. It’s quieter and less frenzy. A lot of local restos surrounding the hotel. No problem to find a good place to eat breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even midnight snacks. The best part is that the hotel staff are super efficient. We arrived less than 10 minutes before 9 am on Sunday. I told the staff that we wanted to go attend the 9am mass in Myeongdong Cathedral. She immediately knew the assignment. She told us to leave our baggage at the lobby. Gave us our stub, and pointed the direction going to church. We came back after an hour. She let us do early check-in, knowing how tired we were from an overnight flight. Shout out to Emily!!! The housekeeping staff on the 19th floor were very polite, efficient and responsive. Checking out was a breeze and we were duly assisted in calling a cab to the airport. Super great service.

“Basic room and facilities for quite a high price”

Quite a basic hotel in myeongdong area and near underground station. About 5 min walk to main area and eating areas. Room was very basic for the price. Bed small, a double bed means double bed here so be warned! Get twin bed instead of you want room to move. Or ensure it is a King or Queen. Rooms … lisää

Quite a basic hotel in myeongdong area and near underground station. About 5 min walk to main area and eating areas. Room was very basic for the price. Bed small, a double bed means double bed here so be warned! Get twin bed instead of you want room to move. Or ensure it is a King or Queen. Rooms and hotel a bit tired and drinks and food excessively expensive hence why we saw no one ever eating or drinking in the foyer.

4 night stay in Four Points by Sheraton in Myeongdong. Good points: Good location, quite central and has plenty of eating places around the area within walking distance. Good pickup and drop off area in front of the hotel Very good breakfast buffet Plenty of clothes hangers Good room cleaning service Not so good: Room with double bed was very basic. In bathroom, the vanity unit lacked any bench space, so our bathroom stuff (shaver, toiletries etc) had to be kept in the room which made it a lot harder. No creamer or milk provided. Had to ring reception to have some sent up to us. No spoons for stirring tea or coffee but plastic sticks were provided.
