“Nice hotel, clean room, comfort bed”

Nice hotel with convenient location with mrt access, service front desk was really helpful. Will come back again for next visit in Seoul.

“Great stay, elevators may need upgrade”

This hotel was a great spot, close to stations and bus stops and walking distance to a lot. The room was clean and quiet. Housekeeping was excellent. The only compliant we had was the elevators. This hotel was a great spot, close to stations and bus stops and walking distance to a lot. The room was clean and quiet. Housekeeping was excellent. The only compliant we had was the elevators. There are 3 (2 are on same system with 3rd separate). We were on 21st floor and spent a while waiting for an elevator or in an elevator. That would be my only hesitation for staying here again.

Overall a decent stay in a great location in Seoul. However, we’re frequent travelers and we encountered 2 issues that may have persuaded our personal decision to stay there had we known: 1) Given high temps in the summer and low winter temps in Seoul, we searched for a hotel that offers individual climate control. During our stay, there was a sudden switch to central heating which deactivated use of our thermostat settings to keep around 22 Celsius where we normally like to sleep in. We woke up sweating throughout the night and tried to change the settings and ended up opening the window. At 5am, I called the lobby to advise on the issue which is where I learned about the switch to central heating and they said there was nothing they could do. The room temp never dropped below 25 Celsius which is not fun to sleep in so we lost a lot of sleep the night before our 16 hour flight back home. 2) The elevators were painfully slow. So if you stay here I would advise a lower floor. We stayed on the 25th floor and at peak times, it took 8-10mins to get from our room to the lobby which can make a difference when trying to catch a train or if you forget something upstairs. Most of the time I noticed people probably ended up taking the stairs because the elevator stopped at 6 different floors on the way down that were all empty.
