We truly enjoyed our stay here thanks to all the staff for making it a memorable experience. It was such a pleasure to get to know the front desk manager Layla and her team. She really went out of her way to make sure everything was as seamless as possible for us especially knowing we were travelling with an infant. The baby amenities, the late checkout were kindly offered that made our stay so comfortable. Worth mentioning the view from the room was breathtaking that even my infant couldn’t help staring. We also really enjoyed our conversation with April at the concierge desk. She was incredibly helpful in recommending a few dinner spots and even called three different places to check if they were still open and had a table for us. While chatting, we mentioned we were heading to Busan next, and she also shared some great recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to try. Her local knowledge and willingness to help really stood out. Travelling with a baby can be a bit challenging and stressful at times, but their kindness and support made our stay much smoother. We really appreciated the great service.

An extraordinary experience with family here in Naru Hotel, Very close to underground which connect you with all the areas. Room good and clear. Breakfast very good, some small misunderstanding on my request of gluten free and lactose free products, suddenly solved very professionally. They even prepare gluten free bread for our long trip back the departure day, really appreciate it. The manager in the breakfast was always very professional and all the staff smiling and ready to support. Really a 5 stars hotel. Thanks All. See you soon !

“Great stay”

Great hotel. Staff were fantastic, room was great and the breakfast was of good quality. We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is well organised and efficient, with great attention to detail. Really well done to all the team running the show.

We booked Hotel Naru Seoul for my wife’s birthday. Although I had mistakenly booked a room without a river view, Joy at the front desk was incredibly kind and upgraded us to a River View room. She even surprised us with a gift of macarons! My wife was absolutely thrilled and moved by the breathtaking sunset view from our window. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. This experience made our memories of Korea even more special. Huge thanks to Joy and the team for making her birthday so perfect!
