The location of the resort was great with the views of the mountains and green and dense forests. The location of the resort was great with the views of the mountains and green and dense forests. It gives you the sense o f tranquility and the inside is warm and relaxing with the welcoming of the staff. The employees from the front desk to the house keeping were very welcoming and friendly showing professionalism and well training. The rooms were clean and spacious and comfortable with the adjustable air conditioning. I would like to mention few I found outstanding in their care and professionalism. The manager Makeda was very attentive to each guest walking around welcoming us and assuring us that she was there for us. I was sick one afternoon due to something I ate acid not agree with me. All of the surrounding staff came by to se if there is anything they can do. Makeda came by the next morning to check on me. That made me feel like I was with families. Waiter Aklilu was especially very attentive and accommodative. Kudos to all staff and I will recommend Hayley’s Tesort Arba Minch to all friends I know in the US who is planning to come to Ethiopia.

Amazing location, stunning views of the natural landscape of Arba Minch, the mountains, forest, lakes, etc. Extremely welcoming atmosphere and staff with phenomenal service and attention to detail. The food is great, many options, and the restaurants and bars are diverse and each have their own aesthetic. And I must say again, yes how exceptional the staff is. They really take care of you and make you feel like family from the managers to the receptionists, the spa staff and to each and every server, everyone goes above and beyond for your comfort and enjoyment from helping you with whatever you need at the hotel to helping and arranging for your excursions into the city for food, sightseeing, and even nightlife. And while everyone is amazing, I want to specifically single out Makida, the gold star of guest relations, no question or request is to big or small and you will find she has taken care of and arranged anything you could need or want before you even think of it, even after she’s left for the day. And while every server here deserves praise, I will also single out Sisay, who took care of us the most, made us aware of every option and gave us the best suggestions for our meals and drinks and always sat us at the tables with the best views and sun protection! And the managers who take the time to check on each and every guest and how they’re enjoying their stay, from the rooms to the meals and everything between. I will come back to Haile whenever I come back to Arba Minch, and from this experience I will be choosing Haile Resorts for my stays throughout the country!
