One of the best resorts we’ve been to in Fiji so far. Although it’s quite remote, everything you need is right there, which made the whole experience even more relaxing. Our lagoon front room made us feel like multimillionaires, and waking up to the beach right in front of us every morning was simply incredible. The bath on the deck was also one of the main reasons we booked, and it definitely lived up to expectations. The facilities, activities, and buffet were all fantastic, but what truly stood out was the customer service. Everyone was warm, friendly, and welcoming, with the team running the pool activities and crab race being especially fun and engaging. The service at the Sanasana Restaurant was exceptional as well. I don’t remember all the names, but special thanks to Sera and Epeli. On our last day, the chef even offered us food to take away, which was a really thoughtful touch. We loved how huge the resort is and it never felt congested compared to other resorts we’ve visited. A big shoutout as well to the dancers and entertainment team; my daughter absolutely loved them. We did have a small issue with the bill, but it was handled quickly and efficiently, which we really appreciated. This trip was extra special as we were celebrating our son’s 12th birthday, and I had also planned a secret engagement. My partner had no idea until I proposed on our first day, right on the beach outside our room under the coconut trees, a moment we’ll never forget.

“Absolutley amazing experience”

We stayed here for a Music in Paradise event and wow what an experience. The staff are absolutely amazing and make you feel like family. The resort has everything you need and the food was exceptional. We had the best time and would definitely come again.

Booked a pool suite with lounge access for an 8 night stay. The lounge was the highlight. The staff were beautiful and couldn't do enough to help. From the moment we arrived, we were embraced with Fijian hospitality. The offering of daily high tea and cocktails as part of the lounge access was fabulous. Tea, coffee and soft drinks available all day which you could enjoy by the lounge pool. It is a lovely resort although you are isolated, and whilst you are charged a daily fee to support local communities, there is no transport to leave the resort and go into the local communities. Some of the staff offer to drive to Sigatoka, but at an extreme cost. Not being able to easily leave the resort was a real negative. We were told the resort used to offer daily trips to the town but had ceased this practice post covid. For a golfer, it is the perfect holiday. The course is tricky but magnificent and the 19th hole overlooks the ocean. The hotel provides transport to the course which is about 5kms away. There are multiple restaurants in the resort. Tuesday night is lobster night. Overcooked and overpriced for what was on offer. Although it advertises that you can choose your lobster, you cannot. It is sold by weight and they are not visible. Dinner by the ocean was nice. They catered to our dietary needs but 3 hours sitting in the dark with lengthy time between courses dragged the evening out. Water sports are available. We went on the JetSki snorkelling 3 hour activity which for the two of us on one JetSki was about $500 AUS. The cooking classes are fun and held on the weekend and Tuesday afternoons. Lots to do or nothing to do but relax.
