Our stay at Henann is one for the books! We were allowed to have an early checkin since our room was readily available. It was one of the highlights as we were able to enjoy the amenities early with peace of mind knowing our luggages are in our room already. The staff were friendly, accommodating, helpful and very attentive to our needs - from the front desk down to the housekeeping. The pools were well maintained and towels are available always! The food selection during breakfast buffet was good and the ones on the menu too. The spaghetti bolognese was amazing! We will definitely be back. Thank you Henann Premier Coast!!

“great hotel”

Great hotel. Lots of staff helping you everywhere A little unlucky with the beach and waters as a faraway typhoon gave some strong winds for a couple of days . Staff still made a good job on fixing the beach but the sea was still dirty. The pool was ok but very limited number of sunbeds. Can easil… lisää

Can easily fit some more without people getting too close Restaurant was really good especially at breakfast

First off this hotel has a great location and pristine beach area. It’s also near many restaurants and services. A grab from the airport is very quick and cheap. First off this hotel has a great location and pristine beach area. It’s also near many restaurants and services. A grab from the airport is very quick and cheap. The rooms are clean and have fridges and amenity items. Televisions are modern and have Netflix functionality. However the hotel has chosen for some unknown reason to not connect the tv to internet so you can’t use Netflix. Hotel clientele is largely Korean as is the majority of hotels in Pangalao. Breakfast is a scrum. You need to be selective about what you order as a lot of it is very pedestrian. I found the homemade Korean beef meatballs and beef Salisbury steak to be homemade and filled with love. The other food was hit and miss but mainly miss. After a few days the crowds at breakfast begin to irrigate. Also there’s heaps of people working there forever touching, folding and blowing air on your napkins but conspicuously absent whenever you need anything. Strawberry jam was constantly out and even though staff walked by it and saw it took me reminding them to refill it. Lots of nickel and diming going on. Want a bottle of water at breakfast? Here’s the bill. Want a towel? Present the towel card. And heaven forbid you lose the towel card. We did and they wouldn’t let us leave until either a card or a towel was found. Ok so I imagine that some person some time long ago stole a towel. But this attitude that guests are pests unless proven otherwise is pervasive throughout the service. Architecturally it’s a weird hodgepodge. The breakfast restaurant has an amazing view of the beach - it’s awesome. However you need to enter a dark cavernous tunnel to get there from the main hotel. Resort next door is amazing. Don’t miss the steak restaurant.
