“Good value for money”

We stayed at this block of 63 rooms before Christmas. On at least one of our nights, only three units were occupied as many students had returned to Filipino provinces. The staff were very pleasant. We stayed at this block of 63 rooms before Christmas. On at least one of our nights, only three units were occupied as many students had returned to Filipino provinces. The staff were very pleasant. The lift was efficient as was WiFi. The room had two single beds with a top sheet and blanket. Aircon worked OK but could have usefully been slightly colder. Lighting was OK with desk lamps and one other, plus an oyster light and another light at entry. A large LG fridge and sink were in the room as was a microwave. There was a wardrobe and kettle with coffee, creamer and sugar in situ along with two small bottles of water. The desk came with a chair. Curtains blocked light well. There was no noise from the street. The TV lost sound at one stage. An Uncle John's convenience store was on the ground floor. The shower was only slightly hotter than tepid. I had to store my bathroom amenities near the sink. It was a P25 per person tricycle trip to UP Town Cenre while Katipunan Avenue eateries were even closer. It was also just a five minute trip to Our Lady of Pentecost Catholic Church that has Sunday Masses at 0930, 1200, 1600 hours and other times. A good value stay.

Arrived before check-in and entered the room at 2:35 pm. This place mostly caters to students. The room is very clean and smells like it too. Arrived before check-in and entered the room at 2:35 pm. This place mostly caters to students. The room is very clean and smells like it too. I especially liked the bed setup with the Zen Room throw pillows. Cooking is not allowed but you have a microwave and a big refrigerator to pack all of the food that too bought. But no spoon and fork were provided. Pack some utensils. This place is very accessible to all of your needs. Wifi is provided and very strong. Bed is firm but comfortable too. I got a room with 2 single beds but like I said, this place is similar to a dorm. Besides making me wait for my check-in, I was not disappointed. Highly recommended!

Experience at Studio 87 is okay. Upon checking-in, we saw 2 cockroaches in the bathroom, and 1 on the bed. Receptionist must check first the status of the room before letting the guest check-in. Bed is comfortable. Overall, the stay is good.

“affordable”

i got this accommodation thru a promo from Zen room. it was less than 700p. its ok for its price plus it has mini stop on the ground floor. my recommendations would be to install bidet and to make the single beds a little bigger. also, the phone is not working and the TV needs enhancement.
