I recently stayed at Richmonde Hotel Ortigas and honestly, it was such a good experience overall. Check-in was smooth and not stressful at all, which already sets the vibe. Shoutout to Front Desk KD and Jigs, super welcoming, easy to talk to, and really made the whole process feel effortless. You know when staff don’t feel robotic? That them. Big plus. The room was clean, comfy, and actually relaxing. The hotel has a bit of a classic feel, but it still feels well taken care of, so no complaints there. Highlight of my stay was on April 26 when I got to talk to the manager, Dani. She was super nice and took time to actually connect, which you don’t always get. And she gave me an ensaymada 😭 small thing, but it made me feel really appreciated. It’s those little personal touches that hit different. Only downside is the heated pool was closed for rehab, so I didn’t get to enjoy that. Would’ve been nice, but at least it means they’re improving things. Overall, the service really stands out. The team feels genuine, not forced, and you can tell they care about guests. Definitely a place I’d come back to.

Stayed at Richmonde Hotel Ortigas after our flight got cancelled, and honestly, it turned into such a solid stay. From the moment we arrived, the lobby ambassador and the guards were already super warm and welcoming. The lobby ambassador really stood out, I think her name was Cat, she was friendly, attentive, and just made everything feel easy right away. Quick moment, I was literally about to pee 😭 and asked her where the nearest restroom was, and she instantly guided me. Lifesaver. Shoutout as well to Enzo from the concierge team who helped us with our bags, smooth, hassle-free, and very professional. Also, KD from the front desk was great, efficient, approachable, and made the check-in process feel easy and chill. The staff overall were very accommodating. The room was clean, cozy, and spacious enough to relax in. If you’re traveling with a toddler, you can request a crib, which is a big plus since the beds are kinda high (from what I remember). Breakfast was okay, nothing fancy but still satisfying. Also want to mention their Front Office Manager, Danica, who greeted me while I was just looking around. She even offered a quick tour and recommended nearby shops, which made everything super convenient. Only downside was the pool was closed for renovation during our stay, which was a bit of a bummer. But honestly? I’d still come back. Thanks, Richmonde! 💛
