We had 2 amazing nights in Acuaverde and we decided that we want to go back. Checking in was so smooth as Dyan (front desk) was very friendly and helpful, we were allowed to do early check in without additional cost. Our fur babies got some goodies too as a welcome gift. The tamarind juice (their welcome drink is refreshing and a must try) The room was really nice, spacious and clean. Airconditioned was working perfectly. Thank you for decorating the room for my son's birthday. Angel and Kim from F&B made sure that they served us well whenever we dined. Food serving is generous and value for money. As it took us 3 hours to get to the resort, Kristine from the Spa offered us to try the message and it was really relaxing. Our favorites is the grooming station, complete with towels, shampoo, blow and combs and brushes. If I may suggest having a groomer too :-) The beach is nice and has crystal clear water. The Kuya Lifeguard is very helpful too, Thank you Acuaverde Team for your hospitality, we enjoyed our stay there.

I stayed at Acuaverde Beach Resort for a solo getaway, and it turned out to be just what I needed—calm, quiet, and easy. From check-in, the staff were warm and accommodating. A big thank you to Abby at the front desk, who kindly helped arrange a room change when the one I initially booked felt a bit small. I really appreciated the support and flexibility. Kristina, the duty manager, was also incredibly helpful—she made sure I had a space that allowed me to focus during video calls for work, while still feeling relaxed and at ease the rest of the time. The beach was clean, the vibe was peaceful, and I felt well taken care of. I look forward to returning—hopefully to a sea-facing room next time!

“Not as expected”

The location on the beach is nice with plenty of beach beds and chairs, beach towels, free use of volley ball, canoe and paddle board, the sand is coarse and the drop into the sea is steep, the hotel does not have a swimming pool accessible to guests, there is a private pool for one of the villas which appears in some of the hotels advertising. There is new accommodation and old accommodation and the difference is very noticeable. We had one of each and wished that we had both rooms in the new block. The room in the old block was backing onto the next door resort, no security bars on the back windows, the adjoining fence was broken through and we could see people and hear the music through the gap. The house keeping was a brush over, bed made but cups unwashed, a previous customers completed review was still on the side and at night the room was infested with flying termites. The room is basic fridge, kettle, tea, coffee, water but no hand towels or drinking glasses. The restaurant menu is limited and its the same for lunch and dinner and does not have a kids menu. Breakfast was full Filipino however there is an egg station, toast and cereals. there is a kids play area and a dog play area. There were numerous dogs staying in rooms however some of the owners had allowed their pets to leave a mess on the pathway adjacent to the kids play area, not so nice when you have a toddler playing in bare feet. The saving grace is the staff helpfulness, they were all very polite and helpful along with the other guests who helped to make our stay.
