We had a truly wonderful and unforgettable experience staying at this condotel, thanks to the entire service team. They consistently ensured that our needs were met with care and attention. Special thanks to the receptionists who were friendly, warm, and always accommodating, making sure we had the best possible experience. We would also like to commend the management team who went above and beyond in providing excellent service. A little bit of backstory: we left all our pasalubongs in our room as we headed home to Manila. They called us to inform us that we had left our belongings and promised that they would have them delivered to our home. And they did! I have never experienced this kind of service from any place that we have stayed in on any of our vacations. They truly made our stay memorable. We will definitely be coming back again when we go back to Vigan. p.s. They only provide cable TV and no Netflix or anything as the TV is outdated. I would also recommend, if possible, staying on the 2nd floor rooms as the rooms below can be quite noisy due to guests and staff passing by.

Excellent place to stay. Staff was very welcoming, kind, friendly, attentive and helpful. The room was very well furnished with everything you'll need from toiletries to silverware. Excellent place to stay. Staff was very welcoming, kind, friendly, attentive and helpful. The room was very well furnished with everything you'll need from toiletries to silverware. Very spacious and like a 2 room suite. Spacious shower and bathroom, plenty of lighting. Very quiet and air conditioning worked great. Within walking distance if everything from jollibee and bus terminal to the Calle crisologo. A very good prepared breakfast was included with choice of filipino, american or healthy. You specify the time you want to eat and they will bring it to your room or you can eat inthe small cafeteria, in which case, they will call you when its ready. The price for this hotel was very reasonable.

Our overnight stay at Paradores de Vigan was exceptional. The hotel blends heritage charm with modern comfort, just few steps away from Calle Crisologo and nearby historical landmarks. The room was spacious, clean, well-equipped and looks very new. The staff including the guard were friendly, attentive, and helpful. They even allow us to do early check in since we arrived a little earlier than our booked schedule. The breakfast was delicious with great local options. It’s the perfect place to relax while enjoying Vigan’s rich history. Highly recommended – We will definitely return! Kudos to the whole Paradores De Vigan Team, you really made our stay memorable. ☺️
