Red Planet is normally our go-to hotel. Rates are good, if you use Agoda through TripAdvisor or the Red Planet app. There have been a few inconveniences here and there, but we keep coming back. Check the A/C when you arrive. Some work better than others. Check the shower. The shower heads aren't de-scaled regularly and can be clogged as can the shower drain! The location is very good. Walk outside and SM Mall is a few steps away. In the opposite direction, you'll find a 24 hour Jollibee and McDonalds is just a little farther. It can get a little noisy at times. Other guests are often loud and inconsiderate when walking the halls. WiFi is generally good, if you get a room that has a WiFi router above the door into the room. Look up when you walk in. The staff are awesome at this Red Planet, but not so much at others. For example, in Davao we asked for a roll of toilet tissue and it never arrived. Here we woke up late one morning and asked to have the room freshened... in Davao, they ignored us, but in CDO, someone was there in ten minutes.

“I feel at home despite ....”

Location is superb ! I stayed for 20 nights in this hotel. The staff were nice and friendly. Internet was fast enough. I love my room and my bed. When it comes to cleanliness, it wasn't great but good enough. Bathroom is old, there are molds or brown stains. I never used their bidet. I just couldn'… lisää

Location is superb ! I stayed for 20 nights in this hotel. The staff were nice and friendly. Internet was fast enough. I love my room and my bed. When it comes to cleanliness, it wasn't great but good enough. Bathroom is old, there are molds or brown stains. I never used their bidet. I just couldn't. But it wasn't that much relevant to me. Some guests are loud, especially at night, iyong parang nasa bahay lang. I also heard doors banging repeatedly. But in general, I feel at home in this hotel. Despite the loudness of some guests, na sana gawin nilang strict ang rule sa bagay na iyan, I did have a good sleep. Regards, Mrs. Knorr

“A new discovery”

Me and my Mom stayed here for 2 days around 2nd week of july for her annual check up. It was a great experience though it might not be so preferable for seniors. Room was tight but cozy. Air-condition was superb, room was clean and smells fresh. Wifi is strong but logs out sometimes. Great thing is their very kind supervisor Paulo introduce us their Mobile App. Pretty handy since they don't have telephone in their rooms. Bonus part is they give discounts just by downloading their app. So far, we enjoyed my stay as staffs are very polite and my mom was able to get a discount "senior". Keep it up!

The bathroom facilities need significant attention. The bidet had noticeable mineral deposits and clearly needed cleaning. There was mold buildup in certain areas, which was concerning, and the water pressure fluctuated, making it unreliable. Additionally, the door was broken, which further impacted the overall experience. While it served its purpose, the lack of maintenance and cleanliness made it a less than satisfactory stay. Additionally, the bath towels provided were old and torn. Would suggest better maintenance moving forward. While the staff was accommodating and friendly.
