We stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott in Batumi, and it was great! The staff, especially Nena at the front desk, were super helpful. Our room on the fifth floor had a lovely sea view. Congress gathered international audience. All of them were delighted with their stay at the hotel. Staff were very attentive, service-amazing! Location-the best! We had guests with food restrictions and this was also taken care of by the hotel with high standards!

Actually everyone was very courteous the staff was excellent i requested for change of room as per my balcony view it was also done but 2 things were strange first without my permission staff cleaned my room ,I was not aware went for swimming and it was done and that was twice . Actually everyone was very courteous the staff was excellent i requested for change of room as per my balcony view it was also done but 2 things were strange first without my permission staff cleaned my room ,I was not aware went for swimming and it was done and that was twice . Second some Mr Shrey was there on front desk and he was very rude. The language he used was not appreciated. Rest was excellent the room the food everything.
