This hotel has it all - kind, friendly staff, cozy rooms, an incredible assortment of delights at breakfast, and breathtaking views. We stayed at Tbilisee Hotel for a week and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The location is unbeatable right in the heart of the Old Town, just a short walk to shops, cafes, and some of the city’s best restaurants and attractions. It made exploring Tbilisi incredibly easy and enjoyable. The staff were a standout always polite, helpful, and professional. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The breakfast was another highlight, with a delicious selection of local dishes that gave us a real taste of Georgia. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, with great natural light and modern decor. The facilities were excellent, including a cozy lounge area and reliable Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. Overall, I would highly recommend Tbilisee Hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi. I’ve already told my friends and family, and I’d love to return on my next trip!

“Great restaurant experience”

Wonderful meal at the rooftop restaurant. The host was very gracious and staff very friendly. Food fantastic and the live music on the terrace added to the lovely ambience. Would highly recommend.

✅Liked · We stayed for 2 nights. Since I'd accidentally booked the studio rooms which have no views and 2 single beds, I was disappointed at my own choice and requested an upgrade. They had a room available for one of the two nights and happily accommodated me on the lounge level room which, although didn't have a perfect view of the city, had a balcony with some sort of view so I was happy. I did not book the breakfast through Booking.com since they seemed to charge more than what the hotel said it would cost (45 lari for buffet breakfast at time of this review). So I left it to pay for breakfast when I visited. Eventually didn't have breakfast at hotel since being located in the heart of Tblisi's hustle bustle, it was easy enough to get local cuisine not far from the hotel. The see360 restaurant is also decent looking although the views aren't that immaculate as you would think. They also have a car park with electronic gates which needs to be opened on request by the reception team. ❌Disliked · The hotel, being situated on the hill is quite a climb with many turns on the hill roads. One of our taxis refused to go all the way up there. But luckily the airport taxi, with all the luggage we brought, took us 10 meters from the door without a hitch. The thing is that it's difficult to turn the car around once you reach the hotel, so they drop you at the T junction just 10 meters away. It's a quiet road, so no issues getting off there. In fact, I also took my own rental car (Toyota corolla) all the way up to the hotel and down the ramp to the hotel and exited the other way (no reversing needed). Also, the GPS signal wasn't the best so my Bolt ended up on the wrong road, so I had to ask the hotel reception to give them the right direction. This won't stop me from booking the hotel again though since the service was exceptional by the front desk.
