Sandals Grenada was such a wonderful place. The food and people were amazing. We stayed in a club pink gin walkout room right on the beach. The employees were extremely helpful and friendly. Juliana a supervisor from club sandals helped us with a refund from a mistake that happened with island routes. They were supposed to refund us but did not so I emailed her after we left the property and she took care of it and got us our refund. Bassey in the loyalty dept got us booked for two more sandals vacations and got us the best deal possible. Hevwas extremely knowledgeable and a joy to be around. We would defend recommend sandals 🇬🇩 grenada one of the best sandals resorts.

My 10th visit to Sandals Grenada has just come to an end, and somehow this incredible resort still manages to exceed every expectation and leave me completely blown away. From the moment we arrived, we thoroughly enjoyed every single moment of our stay. There is just something truly special about this place, the breathtaking resort, the beauty of Grenada itself, and above all, the amazing people who make every visit unforgettable. We stayed in room 3401 in the Italian Village, and it was absolutely stunning. The views were breathtaking from every angle, and walking into such a beautifully maintained, immaculate room each day made the experience feel even more luxurious and relaxing. The food throughout the resort was exceptional from start to finish. Every restaurant absolutely lived up to the hype, and every meal felt like a treat. The quality, presentation, and flavour were consistently outstanding, and honestly, I could not fault a single dining experience during our stay. The service across the entire resort was equally impressive, warm, attentive, and genuinely heartfelt. The bar staff deserve enormous recognition for the energy and positivity they bring every day. They work tirelessly and somehow always manage to do it with huge smiles on their faces. A very special mention goes to Stephenson and Kareem, who were both fantastic as always. Their friendliness, personality, and hard work is totally acknowledged and appreciated. The entertainment team is simply phenomenal. Every single person brings incredible talent, energy, and fun to the resort. Jazz (my superstar) completely lights up the stage with her beautiful voice and amazing presence, while Kimoni’s energy and dance moves are impossible not to love. The DJs kept the atmosphere alive every night and created so many unforgettable memories — thank you Blaze, Super, and Reshon for keeping the vibe going all night long. An especially heartfelt thank you goes to the outstanding butler team who made this trip feel so personal and special. Neron was, as always, an absolute superstar and never misses a beat. Don continues to be the definition of a gentleman, and Randall made my birthday celebration truly unforgettable from the very moment I woke up. The thoughtfulness, care, and attention from all three of you meant so much and made this stay extra special. After 10 visits, Sandals Grenada still feels magical to me, and always will and that says everything. If Grenada is on your bucket list, this resort is an absolute must, and the memories will make you smile, long after you return home.

We had a fantastic 10 days, we were in lovers lagoon at the top, I loved it up there, like our own little paradise, The food was fantastic, I had all gluten free, and had no issue, they know what they are doing, they would arrange a chefs dessert every evening for me, they were fantastic, our group were jealous of my dessert, we did diving almost every day, the team there were amazing, we missed a lot of the evening entertainment as our dinner was late, but what we did see wax amazing. All the people we met were so lovely, we had 10 days and still did not get to use all the activaties, and a beautiful setting

From the moment we arrived after a 3 minute ride from the airport we were treated well by the entire staff of this resort from the food servers, to the custodial staff and beyond everyone was friendly and working hard to make our vacation exceptional. The pools on the complex are great but we spent most of our time on the beach and in my case scuba diving. The staff of the dive shop Anne Marie and Shandi were very helpful in scheduling dive trips and boat tours. The captain of the vessel that took out guest each afternoon,Shawn, was very knowledgeable about the island's history and humorously pointed out many interesting sites between the resort and the capitol Saint George's including the Hotel California (aka Prison) and the former site of the medical school. I also had the pleasure of having him as the captain of the Dive boat on one of my 3 trips during the week he made everything fun. I also had the opportunity to dive with a very accomplished group of Dive instructors including Prince, T and Shimere with whom I did 6 dives with during the week, they were all great. I also want to give a shout out to the first mate Kenneth who got us on and off the boat safely and keep track of our air use. During my life I have had the opportunity to SCUBA dive in many places around the world including Australia, Fiji , Hawaii and all over the Caribbean, this group and the way they operate made me feel absolutely safe at all times and the diving was the highlight of my trip. Once back on land the service of the staff was seamless we had our favorite bartenders for each part of the day of course the often mentioned Mario, makes every encounter fun but we also were well taken care of by Joezel and Alvin at the Neptune bar which was in close proximity to where we hung out on the beach. We ate at Neptune for both lunch and dinner a number of times during the week and basically tried almost everything on the menu, it was all good, Pashawda was our serve a number of times and did an amazing job. We also ate at the Hibachi restaurant where Gasper was our chef the food was tasty and perfectly cooked and he had everyone at the table relaxed and laughing at his antics. We only ate Sunday breakfast at the French themed restaurant and the shrimp omelet prepared by Chef Renika was perhaps the most perfectly cooked one I have ever had. Most days for convenience we ate breakfast at the buffet at Spices the menu changed slightly each day and the food and service were always great. Early each morning before I went diving my wife would go to the Cafe to get me a breakfast sandwich from Kiana who was always bright and cheerful even at the early hour. In addition we enjoyed the ease of getting pizza or hotdogs fresh of the grill for lunch a number of times. Our final night of dining was at the steak house. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and our server whose name I missed was very attentive an never let our wine glasses get empty. Overall the food at this resort was excellent, so it is not hard to believe I gained 8 lbs during my stay, but now that I am back to reality it is quickly coming off. Finall,y we enjoyed the entertainment each evening especially on Saturday night and the fire show where the staff danced the night away I still am amazed at how high Nigel can kick, he is such a high energy outgoing guy who made every evening entertaining. We also enjoyed a reggae afternoon at the sunken bar listening to Swayjawn. Last but not least for the first time we attended a Club Sandals reception for returning guests we were seated with a group from Texas and hit it off immediately the food was great (steak and lobster) and Sherisa was our server for the 8 of us. It was a great evening concluding with a complimentary bottle of Appleton Estates rum as a parting gift. It my understanding the folks from Texas like us are going to the Sandals in Antigua next spring so hopefully we will reconnect with this great group. In conclusion our room was quiet and comfortable but the truth is we didn't spend much time there. When we left in the morning we mostly stayed outside and enjoyed the beautiful mild weather and each evening we would sit on the dock and catch the cool breeze while listening to the sweet sound of the waves lapping on the rocks. Thanks staff of Sandals Grenada for a wonderful stress free get away. We will be back.
