My partner and I stayed here for one week for combo business and leisure. Overall, I will return if I have an opportunity in the future. Amenities are great. Staff are excellent. It's close to the airport and good for the price. Great for business travel. The hotel is nicely sized, not too big like some resorts, but contains all necessities. Although it was hot and humid, one could walk to a variety of shopping and dining places. Staff is where the hotel excelled. All were pleasant and professional no matter the time of day or number of clients they were interacting with. Shout out to MJ and Jerica during breakfast at the Terrace. Both gave local suggestions and were extremely sweet individuals. Tip: Get to breakfast early to take advantage of the quiet time before it gets crowded. The coffee is the best I've ever had and the steamed milk was the topper. The hotel was generally quiet and parking plentiful until the weekend we left. That Saturday the hotel hosted a wedding and prom goers. Staff did a great job making sure hotel guests were prioritized for parking if the lot was full. The prom goers running and screaming down the hall was off-putting but not the fault of the hotel.

“Wonderful family vacation hotel”

My family stayed here for a vacation. They have 2 pools, one infinity pool with beach lounge chairs submerged in the pool and one family pool with small and big waterslides. My family stayed here for a vacation. They have 2 pools, one infinity pool with beach lounge chairs submerged in the pool and one family pool with small and big waterslides. The room was spacious and clean, very modern, comfy beach vibe. It had a great view overlooking the pool and out into the ocean. Their food was sooooo good. We ate first at the hotel bar by the lobby. Then while swimming, we also ate by the pool bar and by the poolside. We also tried ordering room service. Their food was that good that we kept ordering every day of our stay. Get the chicken quesadillas, chicken karaage, and pepperoni pizza!! The location is great, it’s a beach front property so there is direct access to the beach. You can rent floaties and there are also different water activities available. They also have a gym here. There’s also a Haagen Dazs store and a souvenir shop by the entrance of the hotel. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Guam.

Lovely place, beautiful location, clean comfy room and bathroom, nice view, super check in. No complaints. Check in was easy, efficient and they were friendly. We were able to get our room early in the end. Pool was very nice too. Great job everyone. 10/10

“When budget & services have meet expectations.”

Great hotel option among hotels in Guam located at their famous beach with clear waters. It’s a busy hotel as very popular among the tourist and meets price & service expectations. Rooms are decent, pool is nice, but very crowded. Maybe it’s good to visit off seasons to avoid larger crowds.
