“3 stars at best”

Advertised as a 5 star property, I would rate the room as 3 stars. Stained carpet and a very uncomfortable bed. Bathroom sink was area still dirty on check-in. View from balcony was great. Public areas more modern but hallway carpets on the 8th and 9th floor stained. Pleasant and helpful staff.

Quiet rooms with balconies and views. Kind of the end of the strip but we liked to walk into town. Rocky, but quiet beach. Free parking for a rental and a large breezy atrium for those rainy days. I was disappointed by the cigarette smell in the room. It wasn't noticeable at first because the air freshener or cleaning solution smell was strong. We got into the room late at night, and it was too much of a hassle to change rooms. My throat became sore throughout the night because of the smell. I'm asthmatic, so cigarette smells really affect me.
