Very friendly, professional and personalised service. The Royal treatment. Great, beautifully renovated rooms, gastronomic restaurant, quiet, safe & secure location. Heated pool, small gym & even a small sauna. Amazing breakfast with smoked salmon, all kinds of bread & pastries and you can request eggs to your liking. What more can you ask for. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We have just enjoyed 3 nights at this very comfortable hotel in a deluxe room - 119. Pros: Attractive frontage and bar area Modern, well appointed room Very quiet location Very good WiFi Great air conditioning Extremely comfortable bed I room coffee maker Lovely walk-in shower Good selection for breakfast buffet Very helpful staff who can converse in English Close proximity if visiting Paleis Het Loo Cons: Room a little smaller than we expected View from window is ugly - flat roof. No change to food offer on breakfast buffet We booked the chefs menu one evening of our stay. Although the food was good, there was no choice - we had expected there would be at least two options. If we return in the future, we will book a room with a balcony and choose the restaurant full menu and not the chef’s menu.

Rooms are good and modern and the breakfasts are excellent. The temperature in the hotel is cold but the staff are friendly. Rooms are good and modern and the breakfasts are excellent. The temperature in the hotel is cold but the staff are friendly. The only confusing thing is the practice of having to daily book, using a QR code, the servicing of the room by housekeeping. In 27 hotel stays this year and many over many years this was very strange. The King street restaurant is good. However business staples pizza and burgers are missing, even from the Room service menu. This can we worked around by uber eats delivery. In general I don’t consider this a business hotel and more of a short stay (1 or 2 nights) tourist hotel. Wi-Fi is good and only noticed one short outage (middle of night). There is an elevator but it’s quite slow and doesn’t feel the safest but maybe totally ok as I’m not expert, I only used it on taking bags to my room and check out.
