“A very pleasant surprise”
We stayed here on the way from Amsterdam via Texel to Berlin. Made the reservation in the car. We arrived near dark but could see right away that we were in a lovely, tree lined village. “New Year”
Good hotel for our stay visiting friends over the New Year period. Very welcoming and staff were very good in helping us settle in. The bar was great and staff were extremely polite and welcoming. Would recommend if staying in Zuidlaren area.

“Good Hotel in Zuidlaren”
The location is in the centre of the village with a big restauarant. Professional staff and helpful. The room is big enough, clean and there is also water cooker with coffee and tea. “2 night stay to visit surrounding area”
Room was clean, on the small side. Beds needs to be renewed as it was sagging in middle and on the side. However hotel is in an excellent position, free parking at the back and in walking distance of shops, restaurants etc. Downstairs restaurant was very good and reasonable priced.

“Pleasant enough”
We received a free upgrade on arrival, but it took the heating the whole evening to make for a pleasant temperature in the bigger room.
