I also want to leave my thanks mainly to the following employees, Lara always willing to help, helpful at all times, received us very well on arrival! A point that may be worth highlighting a small observation, the restaurant service left a little to be desired, we waited a long time to be served, sometimes the dish arrived at the table, we no longer had an appetite. For the long time we were waiting. Even after finishing the meal, we waited a long time to receive the dessert options. There was a lack of speed & attention to the guests in the Lunch & Dinner restaurant area. The breakfast was always excellent, the employee who received it was extremely friendly! The hotel has a small gym to practice small exercises. Rooms are very spacious, with good insulation. Bathroom also with a good water for shower. Which has driers, safes. Room service has. “Enjoyable overnight stopover”

We stayed at the Hotel Gorinchem for 1 night as a family of 5 in 3 rooms. This hotel and rooms were modern, clean, and well equipped. We stayed at the Hotel Gorinchem for 1 night as a family of 5 in 3 rooms. This hotel and rooms were modern, clean, and well equipped. The hotel is near to the main road but you couldn't hear any moise from inside the bedroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We pre-booked our evening meal in the restaurant and the food was good and there was a good choice on the menu. Breakfast the next morning was good with a choice of hot and cold breakfast. There is plenty of free parking at the hotel and we left our car at the hottel and walked to the centre of Gorinchem which is approximately a 35 minute walk. We would definitely stay here again in the future if wanting a stopover before returning to the Ferry.

“Excellent”

The service was simply outstanding and so were the rooms. My associates and I felt very welcome and for sure will return here. Big compliment to Maarten and his colleagues. They were all very friendly and for as I have seen, customer satisfaction is a key value for them.

Stayed here May 2023, forgot to add this trip. Amazing hotel, I didn't realise I booked a Luxury Van Der Valk hotel when I booked. But it was a super amazing stay. Great friendly staff, nice big rooms and exceptionally quiet! great breakfast buffet available, definitely worth it! we also had dinner here and that was top quality as well! it's a worth-it hotel, location is great, close to the city. we were there because of Heroes Made in Asia, that is just a 10 minute drive away!
