Arrived somewhat early in the day, on bicycles, needing to ""dump" our bikes and bags before rushing to Schiphol to meet our daughter, husband and toddler. Set the tone for the incredible level of service. See what we can do, take a seat, have a coffee, we'll get your room ready in next 15 mins, bikes, yes of course we can store safely. Had 2 rooms on 3rd floor, beautifully decorated supremely comfortable beds, lovely bathroom and great service. Lovely breakfast each day. Very convenient for public transport in 3 directions, What stood out time and time again was really top quality service without it being stiff and formal. All the staff we dealt with were really really excellent. Had a fabulous meal, which I will review separately. Almost within and also adjacent to several parks which were lovely. Thank you from all of us for a super stay.

“Exceptional hotel and restaurant with excellent and friendly service”

We stayed at this hotel years ago when it was the Savelburg and we were delighted that the quality of the rooms, service and of course the restaurant all surpassed our memories. We stayed at this hotel years ago when it was the Savelburg and we were delighted that the quality of the rooms, service and of course the restaurant all surpassed our memories. There was an issue with a smell from the toilet but the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating and it was remedied quickly. The room itself was large with a beautiful terrace overlook the park. Breakfast was ideal with a simple option offered which was excellent and exceptional value for money. We ate in the restaurant on one of our nights and the dinner was fabulous. We will definitely return - in fact we are staying again for one night next week!

I already want to go back! The setting is calm and lovely, the room is large, comfortable, with all the amenities mentioned in other reviews. I already want to go back! The setting is calm and lovely, the room is large, comfortable, with all the amenities mentioned in other reviews. The staff, every single one of them, is helpful, pleasant and gracious. The breakfast is delicious, and the dinner was amazing. It was easy to get into Den Haag, yet walk and sleep in absolute quiet. The little town of Voorburgh is quaint, with English speaking shopkeepers. And the adjacent park/canal make for lovely walking

“Lovely building and room, super nice team”

We stayed for 3 nights in this lovely hotel, the team is oustanding: professional yet lighthearted, super friendly and welcoming. The parc around is nice - specifically for dogs allowed to run free. The little town of Voorburg outside busy The Hague is worth a visit.
