I had a wonderful stay at Moxy The Hague. The hotel is very well located, making it easy to explore the city. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, which immediately made me feel welcome. The room was comfortable and well designed, with a lovely city view that added to the experience. Breakfast was delicious, with a good variety and a relaxed atmosphere to start the day. I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily return.

“Business Trip”

The rooms are very industrial and basic. You won’t find any extras. No wardrobe or kettle, not even a chair in my room. There is only a mesh rack as you enter with a few hangers. A small worktop with a stool underneath and your bed. Limited places to store items. Bed is comfortable, but shower doesn’t have much pressure. Rooms are extremely clean. Breakfast is basic but good enough for breakfast.

More specifically, although the menu showed several options, the kitchen only offered pizza, all of the 6 days we stayed there. On one occasion, we were told that only one pizza (for one person) was available, even though pizza was advertised as being served 24/7.

“Some good & some bad”

We had a very difficult day at the airport with long delays, then a cancellation, and no available rooms in Amsterdam. We stayed 2 nights in such an awkward room with zero place for 2 suitcases, no closet for hanging clothes, just a weird back with hangers. One chair/sofa bed facing the Q-bed, T… lisää

We had a very difficult day at the airport with long delays, then a cancellation, and no available rooms in Amsterdam. We stayed 2 nights in such an awkward room with zero place for 2 suitcases, no closet for hanging clothes, just a weird back with hangers. One chair/sofa bed facing the Q-bed, TV on wall facing the window and difficult to view comfortably. The oversized bathroom with no hooks to hang wet towels, a single sink with little counter space, poor lighting and so much wasted space. It was just an inefficient room period. The checkin people were great, the night crew actually made fun of us for needing help with the sofa bed, it took them over 2 hours and it was after midnight to finally come by the room. The Moxy lounge, eating area, bar, train location was fantastic! Great coffee, good wine, and fun games to play while hanging out.
