“Excellent stay !”
Attentive and kind Staff. Excellent breakfast The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for remote office works. Impeccable cleanliness. Free parking facilities very near and convenient. The lobby is comfortable, plenty of amenities to make your waiting times comfortable and enjoyable.

“Great suite but location a little out of centre, outstanding staff .”
They call the reception desk the Yes Desk and indeed they offer fabulous customer service . We had a beautiful large suite . Breakfast was ok and the hotel is a few km from waterfront , but welcoming staff are a standout and went above and beyond to make it a great stay .

“Comfortable and friendly - somewhat remote”
Stayed here for one evening and enjoyed the comfort of the bed and the excellent front-desk service. The location seemed isolated from town. While it had AC, I couldn’t get the room to feel cool as the thermostat only allows for changes of +/- 3 degrees from whatever central temp they have programm… lisää

“Room not automatically made up after 1st night of 2-night stay”
On our return after a day of sight-seeing, we found out room in the same state in which we had left it in the morning. We were advised that we had to order the room reset, otherwise it would not get done. Towels were replaced by the front desk, but coffee and tea in-room were not replenished.

“A great and relaxing stay for business”
The hotel is great and very quiet. The check in desk is very helpful and informative. I stayed here for business and also ate at the hotel- the food was amazing. The service was not- it was very short staffed and only 2 wait staff working. Room was great but very very dusty- under the bed was ca… lisää
