Fantastic service from checking in to checking out. Rooms super duper. Great sleep. Great bathrooms. What is there not to like. Great location next to a tram station sand. Great restaurant.

Fifth floor room (511); well equipped, clean, decent shower, comfy bed, great view from the large bay window. Ate in the attached restaurant for two nights...choice was OK. Food was tasty, quick to arrive and portions just right. Restaurant staff friendly, accommodating and attentive without being intrusive. Large, gated car park to the rear for added peace of mind. Recommended!

A very lovely hotel, rooms are great, but atrocious staff in the restaurant this evening. My colleagues and I have had a relatively good meal in the restaurant but the service was poor so we never gave a tip. We had two bottles of wine and two beers. A very lovely hotel, rooms are great, but atrocious staff in the restaurant this evening. My colleagues and I have had a relatively good meal in the restaurant but the service was poor so we never gave a tip. We had two bottles of wine and two beers. We then went to have a drink before bed to be told we were too drunk and couldn’t have one! We can only think it is because we never gave a tip as we are all totally sober. The more mature lady serving us was incredibly rude. We will not be returning to this hotel. On the upside the young lady last night was truly lovely in the restaurant, I am sorry I can’t remember your name but they need more people like you.

We chose this hotel mainly for its good value for money and convenient location by car – about 20 minutes to Leiden and 30 minutes to the beach. These factors made it a practical base for our trip. On arrival, the surrounding area was a bit off-putting, with large apartment blocks and some abandoned construction sites. The neighborhood felt somewhat aged and run-down. However, the hotel itself was a pleasant surprise. Inside, it was modern, clean, and recently renovated. This applied to both the public areas and our room, which was well-kept and up to a good standard. Still, you can tell that the building itself is older in its structure. The breakfast was basic for a 4-star hotel, but sufficient. What stood out most was the extremely friendly and helpful staff.
