“Relaxing ocean sounds”
We visited Texel Island November 2020 and we decided to stay at the Strand hotel. There was nothing extraordinary with the rooms, they were clean and had comfortable beds. “Very relaxing ”
We have just stayed here for a weeks holiday. Incredibly relaxing. Great view from ( very clean) room. Dog friendly. Lovely breakfast, continental with a daily changing cooked option. Friendly staff. As the weather wasn’t amazing we hired bikes and toured the island. De Koog is nice and central… lisää

“Love this place - great for dog owners”
Super friendly hotel - beautiful location at the beach. Great restaurant. Comfortable rooms. Attentive staff. Had a lovely stay here - will definitely return in the future. “Lovely hotel, setting and food”
We stayed here in late May 2014. The hotel is is boutique size and feel, msituated on the beach front, and has its own parking (although limited). Our room was exceptionally clean and well-made up. “Sunlovers”
I just visdited this place last week on a very sunny day. Wonderful place and terrace and more sun you cannot handle.Good service for drinks at the terrace..Service very accurate. Dogs allowed and immediately water to drink
