This was our first stay at an IHG hotel, and it was because we had some issues with other hotels we stayed at before. After searching online, I found that this hotel had very good reviews, so I decided to book it on short notice. This decision opened up a whole new world for us. Our stay over the past few days has likely been one of the most memorable experiences of our lives, and it will probably change the way we choose hotels when traveling abroad in the future. We will definitely try our best to choose IHG hotel brands. We checked into the Holiday Inn on February 19th. The receptionist, Putri, and two other ladies (one older and the other younger; I apologize that I don't remember their names, but they were all very welcoming) were incredibly helpful. Over the next few days, due to personal reasons (we are sensitive to noise), we wanted to change to a quieter room, and they helped us change rooms three times in a row!!! until we finally found a room in a satisfactory location. We understand that this is very difficult in a nearly full hotel, and each change is also very challenging for the hotel, requiring preparation and cleanup. However, throughout the several days of service, the three front desk staff listened patiently to our needs and tried their best to accommodate them. Putri and the older lady even guided us to see the hotel rooms several times and helped us resolve issues with our IHG app accounts. Putri even helped my wife choose and recommend clothing stores in Bali, where she found clothes she liked. Putri even willingly sacrificed her rest time to accompany us shopping. We were incredibly grateful for the warmth and service of Putri and the other ladies. What was even more surprising was that, despite feeling we had already troubled the hotel, they still gave us a gift as a token of their appreciation. My wife said it would be a cherished memory. Now, the IHG app is a staple on my phone, and I plan to recommend your hotels to my family and friends. It's something I'd be very happy to do. Finally, we kindly request that the hotel management convey our gratitude to the Holiday Inn Bali Sanur. We are truly, truly grateful for this wonderful experience in our lives. “Cozy and comfortable hotel”

Very cozy and comfortable room; nice and friendly staff ; delicious food at hotel restaurant

“Ok if you don’t want to use gym or swim laps.”

The staff were wonderful especially Sintia and Dwi. Negatives = pool is small and had children in it every time we checked so could not swim.
