“Beautiful rustic wedding venue!”

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days to attend my friend’s wedding celebration. They had decorated the park into a very beautiful rustic wedding. Even though it’s a local hotel, the room, food and their service are very nice. The staffs are very cooperative. Unfortunately this hotel hasn’t a spa room, so if you want to get the spa, they will do it in your room which is no privacy and relax moment for me because i shared the room with my friends.

“Nice Bungalow”

Before i arrived at this place, i put my expected not too high because several time reserved a bungalow will get not like what i exected. Before i arrived at this place, i put my expected not too high because several time reserved a bungalow will get not like what i exected. But in here,at least almost the same like they mentioned in the web. The location easy to reach, ride onto Karang Setra street and go stright to Sindang Sirna Street. You'll see the signboard of the place. The hotel location at the left side and just follow the hotel sign. There're 2 type accomodations: hotel and bungalow. Check in and check out went smoothly although only one receptionist,but the staff very helpfull. I reserved 1 queen bed with bungalow type. It was nice, there's a balcony with fishpond with bunch of fishes that will make you relaxed as the view. Can't fishing since it's one of hotel policy, so take care of your children. The air is fresh,good ambience, peaceful. Can't believe this location at the downtown. Need improved at the bathroom side: bathtub need to be more clean, towel need to be change because the colour was dull. Dine in room ordered chicken wing (served with french fries,fresh tomato) and didn't order beverage 'cos all favourites are sold out since there's a wedding party. The taste was average. Wifi in the room was stable with excellent signal but you have to ask the password to the receptionist. Some of tv channels was unclear (a lot of distractions). I stayed on the weekday, there're not many customer who stayed at the hotel. So, for breakfast we only can order ala carte menu such as American toast or nasi goreng with coffee, tea, fresh milk or a glass of juice. Taste need to be improved. Anyway, it was a nice ambience to stay here.

I booked us into the hotel for a mini break for my husband's birthday. From the moment we arrived we were treated by sweet friendly sincere staff. This was our first visit to the old but well-maintained Hotel. There is no scenery since it is located in the heart of the city. But the good thing is all the rooms are clean, spacious and offer a private balcony overlooking the large fishpond.

“Not 3 stars at all”

We stayed here 3 nights. Cannot complain about the rooms. Good beds airco etc.. Swimming pool no real pool. Just some shallow 1 mtr deep pond. Breakfast, diner is a true joke. 70% of menu is sold out. Waiting time for some milk till lunchtime. Avoid this hotel for food at all times. Sleeping is ok.… lisää

“Good location - need some improvement”

Pick a room on a late check-in, expecting a resort style but get an average, not so clean room (especially bathroom) not so comfortable bed for such price compared to other hotel. Average breakfast. Need to improve the cleanliness and service aspect.
