No service from the front entrance, as the hotel reception is on the 25th floor. They did not have a room available at noon, so i had to run to a full slate of meetings immediately following 27 hours of travel.

“Standard, More Suitable for Business or Medical ”

A straight-up average hotel, more suitable for business, medical, and Expo. We stayed here for an event at the ballroom and I think it is the only reason for us to stay at this hotel. A straight-up average hotel, more suitable for business, medical, and Expo. We stayed here for an event at the ballroom and I think it is the only reason for us to stay at this hotel. It doesn't really have a character, just a place to sleep. The building is sharing with a ballroom, office space, and a hospital, and I think this hotel serves the best only if you have anything to do with those. Breakfast is OK, but not many varieties. Room service was OK and has very affordable options (below 50k for small meals), although they don't have many items on the menu. There is no issue with the staff, all good and friendly. Special thanks for keeping our stuff. My wife forgot her watch in the safety box when we cheked out. The next day, we can get it back easily. The elevator is quite confusing as not all goes to the basement parking area. And quite busy as it also shares with office and hospital. Would be great if there's an exclusive elevator for the hotel.

“Expo”

I really didn't like this hotel.. especially the bathroom. There was only a bath towel. No any hand and face towels. And I've asked an extra towel they told me that's it's chargeable... And doors of the toilet and bathroom were made by glass and visible.. But the personel was great..
