“Great hotel for family”
This hotel is new but all the facilities are ready for using. There are swimming pool (cold water) and gym. Actually we can say this is not 3 stars hotel but 4 stars hotel. The service also good and friendly. This hotel is so clean. The wifi is excellent.

“Nice”
First time we stayed in Tasikmalaya city. This hotel is located in the heart of the city. You may find averything nearby the hotel. But on weekend a bit hectic around the "alun-alun"... “Oke for overall ”
Need to have more attention to details in service and facilities, staff need more training and sincere smile. Love the birds in public area, hearing the sound of it during breakfast is really something. Need to maintain the COVID protocol more intensively
