We had a wonderful stay here for our honeymoon. The resort has a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, making it perfect for couples looking to unwind. The staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One area for improvement would be the cleanliness around the swimming pool. We noticed some lizard droppings near the pool area, so more frequent cleaning there would enhance the overall experience. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a calm and relaxing getaway.

We travelled here as a family of four with two teenagers, it was a great experience, the room exceeded expectations, there is a lovely breeze as we are up high, the restaurant was great especially breakfast with amazing veiws. All the satff were so so nice, including our drivers for our tours to Gili Nanggu and the North Lombok Waterfall tour, I highly recommend Emi and Gana for drivers. Very relaxed vibe on the beach and around this section of Sengigi - quiet and lovely.

Our stay in Lombok was nothing short of exceptional — a truly dreamlike escape that left us wishing we had stayed longer than six days and five nights. From arrival, the experience was seamless. We were warmly welcomed by Kevin at check-in, who guided us through the villa and assisted with our luggage. It was an arrival defined by ease and genuine hospitality. The villa itself was exceptional — beautifully designed, private, and opening onto an uninterrupted view of the sea. Waking up to the sea each morning and watching the sunset from the villa and sunbed were among the most memorable parts of our stay. The bed and pillows were comfortable, making it easy to fully relax and unwind. Service throughout the resort was consistently warm and attentive. Breakfast and reception were looked after by Olivia, Wulan, Putri, and Indri, whose friendliness and professionalism made every interaction a pleasant one. Wulan and Putri were especially thoughtful, regularly checking in to ensure our stay was comfortable and that every detail was taken care of. Breakfast was delicious, with special credit to the chef. We also enjoyed a massage and pedicure during our stay. Dewi and Yanti were friendly and professional, and we had a very relaxing experience. We especially appreciated the thoughtful post-stay support. After inadvertently leaving an item behind, the team’s WhatsApp communication was prompt, reassuring, and highly efficient. They handled everything with care and even assisted in arranging shipment back to us. This level of service and attention to detail, even after checkout, left a lasting impression. Overall, the experience felt peaceful and thoughtfully curated. As a small suggestion for future enhancement, some guests may appreciate the addition of a ceiling fan in the villa to complement the air-conditioning and provide additional airflow. The bathtub water flow was also a little gentle. Both were very minor observations in an otherwise exceptional and memorable stay. We would return without hesitation. Thank you to the entire Kalandara team for making our Lombok getaway so special!
