Despite experiencing significant check-in delays and alarming room assignment mix-ups at the Batam Marriott Harbour Bay, the exceptional customer service at the M Club completely saved our trip. Deri, the club supervisor, stepped up immediately to correct the front desk's operational chaos and ensured we received the true elite service we expected. As a thoughtful gesture of goodwill for our troubles, he even offered us a complimentary breakfast buffet at Goji. Although we ultimately preferred the exclusive dining experience within the M Club itself, his proactive care and genuine hospitality were deeply appreciated. Deri is a tremendous asset to this property, and his phenomenal dedication to guest satisfaction turned a highly stressful start into a genuinely wonderful stay.

The stay was the first for me. My friends brought me here as their second visit. It was a simple trip to wind down in between busy work schedules. When we booked the room, there was only 1 available, Deluxe Room. When we arrived to check in, the kind staff informed us that there was a Ocean View room available & arranged it for us. It was also smooth sailing moving forward albeit us having some small requests to the room stay. It is not without the kind attention of the staff from the bell man, housekeeping & concierge that kept us pleasantly surprised. Huge appreciation to Concierge staff Risya for the exemplary accommodation.

Had an excellent stay at Marriott @ Batam—truly impressed from start to finish. The service stood out the most, with staff who were consistently attentive, warm, and genuinely welcoming. Every interaction felt thoughtful and sincere, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Kudos to Annisa who attended to us during breakfast, for making sure our requests are attended to promptly. The facilities were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere struck a great balance between comfort and sophistication. Definitely a place I’d return to and recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-cared-for stay in Batam.

“Pleasant stay”

Overall a pleasant stay. Rooms are comfortable. All the staff are welcoming and friendly. Excellent service from Miss Gracia at front desk, Mr Ziqir from Jiang He and Ms Annisa, Ms Caca, Mr Oloo, Mr Arema and Ms Anggun from Goji. Mr Galih and Mr Maliki from lobby.
