Hotel has nice ambience with nice pool, 24 hours dining etc. took family room and slept at the upper floor(loft). Couldn't sleep as bed is not that clean. Itching all over. “Decent Stay in Berastagi - Comfortable but Noisy”

We stayed for two nights at this hotel while travelling from Lake Toba to Medan, supposedly the best in Berastagi, according to our driver/guide. We stayed for two nights at this hotel while travelling from Lake Toba to Medan, supposedly the best in Berastagi, according to our driver/guide. The room condition was satisfactory, with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. The absence of air conditioning wasn't an issue, as the natural outdoor air was cool. However, keeping the doors and windows open allowed noise from nearby partying groups and the arcade. The ceiling fan had a slow "Medium" speed, while the "High" speed was overly loud, making it challenging to get a good night's sleep. Nevertheless, the breakfast offerings were sufficient and enjoyable for our two mornings at the hotel. Overall, our experience was decent.

“Decent place but very uncoureous staff”

Decent place but very uncoureous staff. They won't give you more than two towels and will charge you for a third small water bottle. Worst of all, they didn't let us even extend even one room by even one hour even though I had booked 6 rooms and needed the room for my small 1 year old child. Terri… lisää

Decent place but very uncoureous staff. They won't give you more than two towels and will charge you for a third small water bottle. Worst of all, they didn't let us even extend even one room by even one hour even though I had booked 6 rooms and needed the room for my small 1 year old child. Terrible attitude of front desk and management. Breakfast is good, location is good, and spaces are also good. They need to change their staff.
