We had the most incredible stay at Taj Exotica Andamans – truly one of the most stunning hotels we’ve ever visited. Our room was absolutely breathtaking, and even though we came during the sunny season, we felt so comfortable and at home that we didn’t mind it at all. The service was beyond exceptional. The team went above and beyond to make our stay special, surprising us with thoughtful gestures like delicious cakes for my mother’s birthday. A special mention to Veera , who made our experience unforgettable. They took us on a magical experience and took care of everything, including our ferry tickets and car transfers. Yabeesh, who assisted us in Port Blair, was the driving force behind so many of the wonderful moments we enjoyed throughout our stay. it’s a place we would return

Our three-night stay at the Taj Andamans was a masterclass in luxury, but more importantly, it was a profound demonstration of the "Tajness" and the Tata legacy that the brand is famous for. While the property itself is breathtakingly beautiful and the food was consistently amazing, what made this experience truly worth of remembrance wasn't just the facilities—it was the people. Every staff member we encountered radiated a genuine warmth and hospitality that felt authentic rather than rehearsed. This was put to the test on our second day when I suffered from a severe back ache. The property’s response was immediate and deeply comforting; they seamlessly arranged for my travel to the hospital, ensured I had the necessary medicine, and were cooperative in every possible way to make us feel safe and cared for. I want to give a special mention to the Safety In-charge Officer, Akhil, and his entire team for their exceptional support during this time. Their dedication to our well-being during a difficult moment was incredible. We left feeling that this resort doesn't just offer luxury—it offers a sense of home and security, proving that the heart of any great experience lies in the compassion of those who host you.

The lovely staff goes the extra mile to make the holiday no less than perfection. All thanks to Mr. Abhishek for looking after every single minute of our stay. It was extra special for us as it was our 5 month old baby’s first holiday! Special mention to our favourite Veera who was so kind and looked after our baby so we could enjoy outdoors and make the most of our trip! We are very grateful.
