“Great Hospitality”
Visited with family. Safe and hygienic accommodation. Customer service, hospitality and ambience were really good. Rekha, executive and Rajeshwari, GSA provided good support. Rooms were kept clean and parking facility was seamless.

“Excellent 👌”
We stay 2 days in hotel it was really good stay and the staff are very helpful and kind and the cleanliness of the rooms was very well maintained and the swimming pool view was excelen and thanks to tamzim and Rakesh from housekeeping are very helpful while our stay

“Hotel Aira Benz circle Vijayawada .. business hotel. Frontoffice staff worst. Rest good. So 3 rating only.”
Avoid front office ? , not qualified staff . Very unprofessional behavior. GM very good. F&B manager also good. Only after GM interference all prob solved n smooth. Hotel is in d heart of city. .
