We came to Wayanad for the first time for a vacation. Needless to say, it was a splendid one with Taj Wayanad Resort and Spa being our host for three wholesome nights!! The villa offered uninterrupted views of the Banasura Sagar Reservoir and made us agree, we're in some other dimension. Special thanks to Aswanth (from housekeeping department) who took lovely care of the stay and in-room amenities. Chef Raj Mohan at Shamiana delighted us with the best of suggestions and blew our minds with great food and amazing conversations!! Also, I would love to mention Rahul Yadav from Shamiana department as well who took great care of us in and out for all our curated dining experiences! Over and above.. Taj Wayanad Resort and Spa was an amazing experience all together and we'll definitely come back here again for our next vacation!!

We stayed at Taj Wayanad for four days. It was an amazing experience and we had the best time of our lives. The view, the food and the amazing services by certain staff, in particular chef Raj Mohan, Rahul, Shrjeeth made our day. Will be visiting again surely.

We recently enjoyed a wonderful 3-night vacation in Wayanad, Kerala, and our stay at Taj truly made the trip exceptional. Traveling as a couple with friends, we wanted a peaceful break surrounded by nature — and the resort exceeded every expectation. Property & Location: The property is stunning, nestled amidst lush greenery with beautiful views in every direction. The calm, serene ambience instantly sets the tone for relaxation. The landscaping, architecture, and overall maintenance are impeccable. Rooms: Our rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. Every detail — from the linens to the amenities — reflected Taj’s signature excellence. Waking up to the sounds of nature was an experience in itself. Food & Restaurants (Special Mentions!): Our dining experience at Shamiyana was one of the highlights of our stay. The food was consistently delicious, fresh, and thoughtfully presented. A special thanks to Chef Rajmohan and Chef Rauf for their incredible dishes and for taking the time to interact with us. Their passion for food truly comes through in every plate. The entire Shamiyana restaurant team deserves a huge appreciation for their warmth and attentiveness. Service (Above and Beyond): The service throughout the property was exceptional. We’d especially like to acknowledge Ganesh, Rahul, and Roshan for their outstanding hospitality. They consistently went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Their friendly nature and attention to detail made our stay even more memorable. Activities & Experience: Whether it was relaxing by the pool, enjoying nature walks, or exploring Wayanad with the help of the team, everything was seamless and enjoyable.
