“Excellent Property”
We were pleasantly surprised to find our room upgraded to suite room without any additional charges we reached hotel very late in night around 12.30 am after an arduous train journey of 30 hrs. “My mother & I had a great stay at Central Residency. ”
Centrally located, the hotel is in the heart of the city. The rooms are clean, the fixtures new & well maintained, excellent view. The hotel staff was most helpful. From the watchman directing parking to those manning the front desk. We had a great time.

“Worth The Price”
We had choose the option of room on arrival and were assigned the Executive Room. We were there for One night only and at a very competitive price we booked with the room inclusive of Breakfast. Location is near to the TVC Station as well as KSRTC Bus stand.

“Average hotel”
The location was good. It’s located in the central part of the city. The restaurant food was also good. The rooms can do with some renovation. The staff was friendly and helpful. We requested for airport pickup. But there was a mixup and the driver arrived late.

“Take toiletries kit while visiting hotel”
1) This is proper business hotel 2) No iron in room 3) No bathroom slippers are given - out of stock 4) Rooms are good, bathroom is good 5) Breakfast - good, with ample options, but service is worst - need to wait for dosa to 20 min, later got to know its not yet prepared.
