“Excellent service”
I got a free upgrade to suite and it was a nice gesture by the hotel. This property is located in heart of the city and has access to many restaurants nearby. The staff were polite and spread of breakfast was also good. Price is also very reasonable for this kind of hotel. Worth the money spent.

It's well located, rather busy but well managed property. I contacted staff earlier. They were polite & helpful. Our flight reached quite late , around 9.40pm.. Just in time to hv Dinner. Kerala cuisine was good for dinner, just about 15 minutes' drive from Airport. Monsoon Rains made the weather lovable. all in all it was a very comfortable stay.

Good stay at The Residency Tower, Trivandrum. Room is excellent and the staff service is very good. The bathroom accessories are poor and need to be improved.
