Exceptional Stay Experience at Marriott Siliguri My stay at the Marriott Siliguri from 14 June 26 to 17 Jun 26 was truly exceptional and, in my experience, among the finest and most comfortable stays in the North East region. From the moment of arrival, the check-in experience was seamless, and I was welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism. The room was thoughtfully equipped with all modern amenities and offered a wonderful view of Siliguri town, including the iconic Siliguri Railway Junction. Watching trains arrive and depart from the junction brought a unique sense of happiness, nostalgia, and charm to the overall experience. The food was sumptuous, and the service standards throughout my stay were exemplary. The staff displayed remarkable professionalism, courtesy, and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. A special mention must be made of Front Office Manager Priya Ma’am, who kindly took time out of her busy schedule to personally show me around the hotel and this beautiful property. Her deep understanding of hospitality, extensive industry experience, and attention to detail are truly valuable assets for the hotel. Her leadership reflects in the way every aspect of a guest’s comfort and experience is carefully looked after by the entire team. My sincere compliments to the management and all members of the Marriott Siliguri team for maintaining such high standards of hospitality. At first, I had a poor impression of the hotel room, and I was quite disappointed. However, I later had the opportunity to speak with one of the senior floor in-charges (unfortunately, I cannot recall his name). He was extremely helpful, attentive, and went out of his way to address my concerns, which completely changed my experience. From that point onward, my stay was truly enjoyable. I especially loved the fantastic mutton kasha and papad, which were specially prepared by the chef. The food was delicious and showcased great care and attention to detail. Thanks to the excellent service and hospitality, what started as a disappointing experience turned into a beautiful and memorable one. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The view of the mountains was absolutely fantastic and added to the overall charm of the stay. The peaceful surroundings ensured a quiet and restful night's sleep, making the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located and offers easy access to nearby attractions and facilities. However, there is a petrol pump adjacent to the property, which some guests may wish to be aware of when choosing their stay.
