“Benchmark in Madurai”
A great experience at Regency. The staff makes a huge difference with their attention to detail and to customer comfort. Them going out of their way but silently makes this hotel a benchmark. Will certainly wish to visit and stay again.

it was tripe occupancy but items provided was only for 2 members even after informing housekeeping. bathrrom bath kits are not good.
