“Highly recommended”
I went with my family. Family had a wonderful stay. The staff were extremely helpful and cordial, making check-in and every request effortless. Great hotel. Reception staff are [specially jayakumar] professional friendly &helpful. Restaurant has plenty of choice and good food. And hotel location is great and opposite palani murgan temple

“Below average experience”
Below average rooms which really need maintenance,very bad quality towels and linen and bathroom lack cleanliness. Location is good and walkable distance to temple steps and buggy service points . Reception staff lack empathy

“CAN MAINTAIN BETTER”
I have been visiting Ganpat Grand for more than five, six years. This time i felt the maintenance has come down. I observed that the Lenin was not clean, towels were shabby, toilets cleanliness was not good, I think the management has to maintain it better for the price they charge
