“Good staff”
I was stayed in karpagam hotel last month .the hotel room was good & clean, hotel staff also nice well behavior. Especially the reception staff miss. Gomathi very helpful. I will prefere all my friends also.

“Prime location”
Hotel Karpagam. The hotel had located on the prime location at salem... Your bus station is walkable Your railway is 5 minutes drive There service is awesome. Tasty breakfast Friendly staffs,can suggest to all the salem business travellers.

“Decent but nothing great”
It is a decent hotel in a central location but the ambiance and amenities are just average. Also the rates seem to be higher when booked through travel websites compared to calling the hotel direct. Unnecessarily I paid for a 4 bed room when travelling single.

“Normal stay.”
Stay was normal and sufficient for night stay. Hotel near to bus stand and many commercial places is a positive aspect. Customer service is regular and not timely.
