Came here for My Girlfriend’s birthday and it was a beautiful experience. The property is absolutely stunning the rooms the cafe , the whole building. The staff if very friendly and polite , they go out of their way to help you , they provided as with a complimentary cake and chocolates . They also arranged a candle light dinner and made it exactly like I asked them , a property you must stay at ooty

“A lovely experience”

This is a lovely property and the view just makes you forget the city hustle bustle . The rooms are very spacious and the view from the sit out is amazing . The staff was very polite and took care to check if we were comfortable. Food is very good . Would definitely come back again .

The room could have been slightly better cleaned though, since when we came there floor under the bed and furnitures were not cleaned and was filled with dust, but that was done once we informed… lisää

Overall a must recommended stay for anyone visiting ooty.

This place is well maintained and so so pretty in a lovely location. The rooms are well maintained and in good order but some rooms are further from amenities than other but they have a bit more privacy and quiet. This place is well maintained and so so pretty in a lovely location. The rooms are well maintained and in good order but some rooms are further from amenities than other but they have a bit more privacy and quiet. But there's a climb that is not for people with mobility challenges. The staff are helpful, friendly are care about guests. The hotel food was good but maybe more expensive than other hotels. Maybe because travelling for food is more of a challenge than other places. But we only stayed a few nights and it was fine at the end of the day. High tea is nice bonus. We enjoyed the difference of this location from warmer places and the traditional tourist activities in this higher altitude location.
