“Good Hotel in Nest Location”

the hotel is good, clean, and comfortable, the room is big, the breakfast is good, the only problem is the noise comes from the main road because it is located on the 100 main roads. The location is very good, there are many places for walking and eating is in around.

The rooms are very big and spacious, however they are very noisy as they face the 100 meters road. The rooms were also very warm and could not be turned down to cool mode, and the heating would turn on automatically despite turning it off. The rooms are very big and spacious, however they are very noisy as they face the 100 meters road. The rooms were also very warm and could not be turned down to cool mode, and the heating would turn on automatically despite turning it off. There was no option but to open the windows which let more noise in. Apart from one foreign staff member who was very professional and on top of everything, the other staff members were lazy and could not even understand basic English. They even messed up pick up from the airport for a colleague of mine, and their excuse was that they were not on duty when the other staff member arranged for it.

“Great Staff, Nice Room - Pity about the breakfast”

I arrived in the hotel at 5 in the morning and the check in was fast so we could get to the rooms. This was appreciated as we had flown overnight and needed some sleep. The staff were very helpful. I arrived in the hotel at 5 in the morning and the check in was fast so we could get to the rooms. This was appreciated as we had flown overnight and needed some sleep. The staff were very helpful. However at check in the night porter needs to give the wi fi password - maybe print it in and put it into the bedrooms to save guests going back to lobby to get it. We went down to the breakfast area 15 mins before the end of breakfast advertised time. There was no one there and in actual fact someone from the gym area went off to get us the chef. The chef did come and he cooked omelettes and we were happy. Choice of food was okay but the buffet looked tired. Also for a 5 star hotel we would expect proper coffee to be available and there was none. The staff could not have been more helpful but I would have expected a better standard of breakfast if claiming 5 star levels. Rooms are clean and well kept. Must have been some painting going on as some of the public areas had tools and cloths lying around but no workmen. Suggest to ensure workmen clear away their tools if not going to be working. Would stay here again based on staff and room.

“Not 5 stars hotel”

We stayed in nobel hotel for 2 nights. We reserved hotel as 5 star but when we arrived we found that it is a 4 star hotel.how could they lie?the loby was medum, the room was clean and suitable, the breakfast was not good but the staffs were helpful and really friendly.

“Spacious ”

Rooms are spacious, vicinity is ok, really good as the office I was doing project was nearby. Good Chinese restaurants nearby. Although it is expensive and the furniture quality wasn't that great. Food was good, never visited the bar so can't comment.
