“Wonderful hospitality, comfort, and location”

The staff were SO NICE! Especially Barbra! We were so jet lagged and tired from our overnight flight but we did not book early check in. We dropped off our bags pre check without any issues. The staff were SO NICE! Especially Barbra! We were so jet lagged and tired from our overnight flight but we did not book early check in. We dropped off our bags pre check without any issues. The location is perfect as an hub to walk around. After walking Dublin for a few hours we can back to use the restroom. We asked about early room availability and Barbara was wonderful! She was able to get us a room before noon. It was an extra accessibility room but it was perfect! The bed was so comfortable which cured our jet-lag. The room and bathroom had so much space. We can’t thank Barbara and the rest of the staff enough for helping our sleep-deprived minds get rest and comfort.

This was the best Premier Inn experience I have ever had. There was a small problem with one of our rooms, nobody's fault. The hotel was also very comfortable, and quiet despite being in such a busy and bustling area. All the staff were lovely.

Stayed here for two nights recently and loved our stay.Good Breakfast apart from overcooked eggs,friendly staff,comfortable beds although the room was a bit tired. Hotel was clean and in a great location,five minutes from Grafton Street and Temple Bar and a ten minute walk from the Dublin express airport bus that we used. Also it was a twenty five minute walk to the Guinness factory but you can get a taxi from outside the Hotel. Would recommend this hotel as it is central to most of the attractions in Dublin. Would stay here again when next in Dublin.
