“Location fantastic, service excellent”

From arriving until departure the staff were fantastic. We were celebrating an anniversary and there was a plate of goodies in our room, nice touch. From arriving until departure the staff were fantastic. We were celebrating an anniversary and there was a plate of goodies in our room, nice touch. The room was well equipped and very clean, good coffee. The bar entertainment was very good and they served a great pint of Guinness! It was great having the parking onsite, albeit a bit tight, watch your alloy wheels 🫣 Breakfast isn’t the Menu highlighted on the website, although there is still a good choice and again the service was excellent. Unfortunately there was a big negative during our visit. Our room was above the entrance to the car park, a car alarm went off around midnight, Monday night, and didn’t stop all night, not conducive to a good nights sleep 😔 I didn’t contact reception as there was no way the night porter could have known who it belonged to, I was a bit surprised when checking in that I wasn’t asked my registration number. I did mention the alarm to receptionist as I was checking out. The location is superb and there are a lot of excellent restaurants within walking distance. Yes the alarm spoiled a good nights sleep and could have caused me to reduce my score, but it wasn’t the hotels fault, I would definitely recommend and will be back.

Beautiful hotel and great value for money. The staff are very helpful. Perfect for short trip away in the heart of Navan.

Just want to say thanks to all the wonderful staff at this hotel, from the second we landed they could not have done enough for us. It is absolutely beautifully decorated and the bar is just stunning. For a hotel the prices were also quite reasonable and the food was beautiful. Every member of staf… lisää

Just want to say thanks to all the wonderful staff at this hotel, from the second we landed they could not have done enough for us. It is absolutely beautifully decorated and the bar is just stunning. For a hotel the prices were also quite reasonable and the food was beautiful. Every member of staff was so friendly and genuine and not in a false way. We got a great deal and we thought very reasonable. The only reason I marked it as 4 (I think it's a 4.5) was the actual room. We had loads of space, ample beds which were super cosy, we found the room quite chilly and like our clothes were almost damp. There was one radiator but the radiator cover seemed to block the heat. There was a main room with a small room to the side and there was no heat in it at all, but being honest this would not stop me from staying here again, We will definitely be back, Thanks so much.
