“Perfect place to stay with a family”

We stayed at home1. It was perfect for us as a couple with a small child (7). Perfect location, washing/dryer machine, kitchen supplies...everything was great for our 8 nights stay. The staff is excellent. Breakfast was good too. We would stay here again. Great experience all around.

We stayed here for 4 nights in December as a family - location is brilliant. This was our second trip to Iceland, last time we stayed at the Thingholt Hotel across the street but wanted kitchen facilities this time. The location was perfect, 2 minute walk from the bus stop for tours and right in the city centre. Clean and spacious apartment although storage space was limited, we lived out of our suitcases which was fine for a short stay. There are only 4 parking spaces, we luckily managed to get one of them everyday apart from the last one. We also found the bathroom floor uncomfortable as others have said, it wasn’t pleasant to walk on. On our first night we couldn’t get the hob working and the team were pretty slow to respond, but ended up moving apartments which we appreciated. Overall would definitely stay again!
