“Concert stay”
Bed incredibly comfortable, great shower and bathroom for a budget hotel. Compact but perfect for what we needed Staff couldn't do enough for you, every single member of staff greeted us everytime we came past reception and were so friendly on check in and check out

“Very good budget hotel”
Rating in the context of the budget nature of the hotel. Obviously it’s not going to be luxurious but it had the essentials- comfy bed, TV, wifi, bathroom/shower. All were well maintained and clean. “Brilliant air con!”
Air con was brilliant! I changed my booked from another city center hotel as they didn't have air con and it was needed during the heatwave! I'm so glad I did. Easy was perfect for a short stay. The room was clean, comfortable and cool!

“Great customer satisfaction”
Location is a flat, approx 10minute walk from Queens Street. Met with smiley faces and courteous staff 🙂. Shannon was very efficient, helpful and accommodating. “Clean and well located - that's it !”
Paid nearly £150 to stay here on a Thursday night. Room was very small with very little space around the bed. No wardrobe, just two coat hangers on coat hooks. No tea/coffee facilities. Window would not open so had to leave air- con on all night. Staff pleasant enough but wont be back !
