We had our wedding here at the weekend and I can honestly say it was the most perfect day! We couldn't have asked for a better venue or staff! Our wedding was absolutely beautiful and all of us and family and guests had the best experience i cant recommend it enough! Hannah and especially liam went above and beyond to make our day as special as it could be. Nothing was too much to ask and everything ran smoothly. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful and made our day! Thankyou so much from the bottom of our hearts , we appreciate you all! X

“Great time - lovely spa treatments!”

My partner and I went to the Basingstoke hotel for a night away as a baby moon. We had access to the leisure facilities, a spa treatment, £35 each towards dinner and the buffet breakfast. We both had a really lovely time and left feeling relaxed! Our spa treatments were lovely - I had a pregnancy massage done by Natalie I believe… she was lovely and very professional, made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. My partner had the fit for business massage and also had a lovely therapist who done a great job! We were also pleasantly surprised with the food - the £35 each went a long way and the burgers were really tasty. We absolutely loved the breakfast too! The staff throughout the whole hotel were lovely - all very helpful and welcoming! The reason I have not done 5 stars is purely due to the rooms, they are slightly outdated and the bed was a bit too small for us, especially being pregnant - however this is not the hotel fault as there are options to upgrade! We would definitely visit again - thank you so much!

Comfortable room when our air conditioning was fixed for the second of two nights. My wife was disappointed that the one lift wasn't working throughout the 3 days. Comfortable room when our air conditioning was fixed for the second of two nights. My wife was disappointed that the one lift wasn't working throughout the 3 days. Some staff at the evening bar/restaurant were very helpful, some less so, but G/F options and morning toast were brought for me without too much delay, the morning buffet having been gone through for me as to which items contained gluten. I had to go outside to get to the Spa Reception (Time Out Bar closed) but did myself enjoy 3 swims in the adult pool. The hotel was extremely difficult to find and to get back to in a car, even with Googlemaps, so the availability of some map of Basingstoke with approaches highlighted would have helped, sent out when we were booked in and/or on reception.
