I received a voucher for High Tea for 2 as a gift. I’ve never been to Pecks before, just heard about it. As it was a hot day, we were grateful they had the air conditioning on! First impressions- impressive elegant decor, comfy seats, tables beautifully set. Polite and attentive staff showed us to our table and looked after us throughout. At the time of booking I mentioned that my friend has a nut allergy and doesn’t eat butter, fish or seafood. The food was beautifully presented, care was taken in regards to my friend’s dietary requirements, her sandwich was served separately to ensure she gets the one with no butter. There was nothing with fish, seafood or nuts. The food was absolutely delicious, the difference in quality was really noticeable. As there was quite a lot of items in our High Tea, we didn’t manage to eat it all but the lovely lady who served us had it boxed up for us to take home. We really enjoyed our experience and are hoping to be back in the near future!

“Very enjoyable high tea x”

My sister & I took our parents for High tea at Pecks for their birthday. The food was lovely, I loved the chicken & chips, plus the salad as an alternative to another sandwich. My sister & I took our parents for High tea at Pecks for their birthday. The food was lovely, I loved the chicken & chips, plus the salad as an alternative to another sandwich. The cakes were beautiful, everything really tasty. The carrot cake was a lovely extra, but we were full by then & able to take what we didn't eat home which was a nice surprise to my family when I returned.😋 The staff were all lovely, attentive, polite. The atmosphere was calm & relaxing, everywhere clean & you felt special. It felt a little expensive ahead of arriving & my mum who has been before said it was worth it. I agree, value for money, variety of culinary delights. Thank you for a lovely afternoon. 🥂

“A wonderful one night stay”

We stayed to attend a wedding nearby and were very pleasantly surprised. Spacious car parking with car charging facilities. The interior is absolutely beautiful. Gorgeous restaurant and bar area . Our bedroom was very spacious and decor lovely. The bed was very comfortable with decent pillows and we slept well. We needed to leave before breakfast but the staff kindly offered us coffee & pastries to go. This is a really lovely hotel & I would definitely stay again if I was in the area again

“Heatwave”

Location good - Radleys bar brilliant- nice hotel not enough staff - rooms far too hot and windows hardly open - ran out of fans no offer to acquire more so had to ask others joining us to purchase more en route as heat in rooms unbearable. Location good - Radleys bar brilliant- nice hotel not enough staff - rooms far too hot and windows hardly open - ran out of fans no offer to acquire more so had to ask others joining us to purchase more en route as heat in rooms unbearable. Little tired in places but apart from temperature the rooms are very nice and clean. Bathroom spacious. Cooked breakfast looked nice but cold buffet quite poor - staff are pleasant but lots of guests having to hang round to check in/out where eating area is.
